I was in a jam, on vacation with the family and my car was inoperable. Lonsbury not only squeezed me in but fixed my car in a day. Customer service is like i have never seen before. That’s saying something, I’m 62 from Chicago, I’ve had my share of autos needing service trust me. They sent a detailed report of the status of the auto, with pictures showing exactly what the issues were, fixed my car at a great price, then dropped it off at the Potawatomi Inn when finished!! Then just yesterday i received a Thank You note for selecting Lonsbury for my service needs. Courtnee was unbelievable. Certainly one of the best auto repair facilities you will find….anywhere! Makes me wish I lived near Angola! Thanks again Lonsbury!

Hit something on the hwy traveling from out of state. Stopped here to see if any internal damage and if they could secure bumper so that I could continue on the trip. They got the car right in and were able to evaluate and secure the loose bumper to get me back on the road. Great friendly service! If I lived in the area I would be a regular. Thank you Lonsbury Garage, you saved the day!

We were using Powers before they were acquired by Lonsbury. We didn’t know what to expect but have been nothing but pleased. The maintenance and repairs have met expectations. We have nothing to criticize and appreciate their attention to detail and timeliness.

We just moved to the area and needed an oil change and had a coupon for Lonsbury. Took it in for that and also talked to Ken about another issue and he said they could take care of that as well as anything else that could go wrong as they are a full service garage. I used to have most work done at a dealer but then go elsewhere for routine maintenance because it was cheaper. It’s nice to have found 1 place where I can get everything done at a reasonable price.

I challenge anyone to find a more responsive, well trained, affordable garage in the area. I wish they had a Fort Wayne location. There are amazing to deal with. Video/picture diagnosis sent to my phone. Explained everything. Courtney was AMAZING in her constant communication with me. I HIGHLY recommend them.
