Fast! I hardly had time to read any of the book I brought to entertain myself while waiting.

Had an oil change and they were very quick, kind and courteous. Also gave a complementary inspection of several systems and parts of the vehicle.

Although I decided not to have them do the work, they did do the check and advise on the problem for my vehicle that broke down the day after christmas on my way back home. I left them the keys, and a brief note of the issue (broken pinion gear). no appointment obviously as it was a breakdown issue on the side of the road. next day I called and they had already gotten it into the shop to take a look at it. gave me an estimate to fix what needed fixed, I brought it there because of the reviews and I was NOT disappointed, everything was spelled out on the app they used to send a link through text to my phone. and they were very friendly and helpful over the phone and through text message. If I had the money to let them fix it there I definitely would have. I decided to do the work myself and got my friend to come trailer it back home.
